ASU of SSET adopts advanced purification with molecular sieve, booster turbo expander and overall rectification process to generate argon with structure packing in rectification columns. Besides, it combines precision calculation with enormous experience obtained from actual plant operation, thus able to ensure high quality products and satisfying customers’ requirements.

In light of the production capacity and products fluctuation range for customers’ requirements, there are two processes available for liquid ASU. One is called double turbo expansion process, while another is single turbo expansion process.

In terms of operation pressure, there are two process available for liquid ASU. One is called low-pressure cycle process, while another is called medium-pressure cycle process.

In terms of refrigeration medium, there are two processes available for liquid ASU. One is called air cycle process, while another is called N2-cycle process.
